KANSAS CITY, Mo. – A new report from the Missouri state auditor says Gov. Jay Nixon did not follow the Missouri Constitution when he withheld $170 million from the current budget to help fund disaster relief.

The Kansas City Ballet today kicks off a two-week celebration of its new home in the Crossroads, the $32 million dollar Todd Bolender Center for Dance & Creativity.

Missouri transportation officials have launched a new smartphone application to help people calculate their estimated blood-alcohol concentration.
