KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Kansas City's city council cranked out a stack of measures to improve the community yesterday, but one of them has provoked some backlash.

The Speaker Pro-tem of the Missouri House says he's going to sponsor a package of election-related bills during next year's legislative session.
