MARTIN: Great song, right? Taoufik Moalla of Montreal thought so. He was just driving along jamming out to this '90s hit by C+C Music Factory when he was pulled over by a cop. Apparently, he was singing really loudly because the officer slapped him with a $149 ticket for screaming. Taoufik Moalla says he will challenge the ticket.
