Missouri will soon require 'plain packaging' for legal weed products so they don't appeal to kids
The constitutional amendment that legalized recreational marijuana in Missouri included a provision that labels and packaging for marijuana-related products “shall not be made to be attractive to children.” When the rules go into effect July 30, cannabis packages sold in the state must have limited colors and can't resemble commercially-sold candy.

Missouri courts need state funds to expunge marijuana convictions by deadline: 'It's a mammoth task'
A huge selling point for those who voted for Amendment 3 in November was the automatic expungement provision — meaning people who have already served their sentences for past charges will have their records cleared.
