On this Monday's Central Standard, we explore how area artists honor Jazz’s heritage and progression, through the language of Hip-Hop.
Area musicians will join us to share how the intersection of these two genres has been a boon for our local music scene, including emcee Reach (a.k.a. Stacy Smith), jazz trumpeter Hermon Mehari, and Glenn North, performance performance poet and education specialist at the American Jazz Museum.
