http://stream.publicbroadcasting.net/production/mp3/kcur/local-kcur-844024.mp3

Kansas City, MO – After this week, there shouldn't be anything stopping the Chiefs from moving their training camp from Wisconsin back to Missouri. The state is expected to release tax credit money that will help pay for construction of a practice facility at Missouri Western in St. Joseph. KCUR's Greg Echlin has the story.

Sports have an economic and social impact on our community and, as a sports reporter, I go beyond the scores and statistics. I also bring the human element to the sports figures who have a hand in shaping the future of not only their respective teams but our town. Reach me at gregechlin@aol.com.
