Kansas City, Mo. – After winning the 1985 World Series, Dick Howser, the Kansas City Royals manager at the time, had the honor of being the American League manager for the 1986 All-Star game. But it was also a major turning point in the history of the Royals franchise as KCUR's Greg Echlin explains.
