Blind man herds sheep -- because he can

Kansas City, MO – After a five-year legal battle, Stephen Grace became the first blind handler to qualify in AKC sheep herding competition last year. A year later, he and his dog Keiko are ready to enter competition again, and hope to advance to the next level.

Congress just eliminated federal funding for KCUR, but public radio is for the people.
