Kansas City, MO – The Third Congressional District of Kansas is considered the most heavily GOP district held by a Democrat, but incumbent Dennis Moore won convincingly last night.
Defunded, but not defeated.
Congress just eliminated federal funding for KCUR, but public radio is for the people.
