KC Council Considers Smoking Ban

Kansas City, MO – The Kansas City City Council is expected to vote on a proposed smoking ban today. Critics of the proposal say it will stifle business. Backers dispute this claim and say a smoking ban is long overdue. KCUR's Maria Carter has this report.
