Kansas City, MO – President George W Bush hosts the leaders of Mexico and Canada tomorrow to discuss further integrating North America's economy, which has been losing ground to Asian manufacturers. To ease congestion at the border, Mexico hopes to open its first foreign-based customs facility smack in the middle of the continent-- in Kansas City.
