This week...a Miami-based artist explores femininity and girl power at the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art, and an exhibit at the Urban Culture Project's Paragraph gallery explores universal themes through the lens of personal experience. Also, the University of Kansas in Lawrence hosts its largest annual cultural event. By Laura Spencer
