Voter ID Debate

Kansas City, MO – A Missouri bill requiring voters to present a state-issued photo ID at the polls stalled on Wednesday in the Senate. Last week, we spoke to State Senator Delbert Scott, who said the law would encourage confidence in Missouri elections. But Representative Sharon Sanders Brooks said it could prevent many people who don't have driver's licenses from voting. Sylvia Maria Gross has more.
