Middle Eastern Students Study Missouri Elections

By Sylvia Maria Gross

Kansas City, MO – A small group of Middle Eastern college students were in Liberty this week to observe US politics up close. They're from Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates, a country which holds its first local elections next month. The exchange was organized by the Oxford International Review, an international affairs journal which has a partnership with William Jewell College. KCUR's Sylvia Maria Gross followed the students to the polls this morning to hear their reactions.

Students from the Middle East and William Jewell are blogging about the encounter here.
