Kansas City, MO – Reed Kroloff visited Kansas City recently to participate in a forum organized by the AIA KC called Time to Work.
The outgoing dean of the Tulane University School of Architecture and former editor-in-chief of Architecture magazine, Kroloff arrived in New Orleans a year before Hurricane Katrina and retained 97 percent of the school's students and 100 percent of the faculty at Tulane after the storm and also played a role in citywide planning and rebuilding efforts.
Here, Kroloff talks about the impact of the hurricane on his life and work.
