- Turnout for both caucuses was higher than expected. And officials from both the Democratic and Republican parties in Kansas say they've heard a number of complaints about problems with the state's presidential caucuses.
- Cities across Missouri likely are looking at security measures surrounding council meetings following the shootings in suburban St. Louis last week.
Missouri's motorcycle helmet law is again the target of a repeal attempt, at least in part. This year's bill would allow motorcyclists age 21 or older to ride without a helmet, unless they're on an interstate highway.
