  • Sprint Nextel is facing a class-action lawsuit.

  • In the nation's first Internet bullying trial, a federal jury has convicted a Missouri woman of misdemeanor charges, but rejected a more serious felony charge.

  • The Environmental Protection Agency is alleging that the Kansas City, Kansas, Board of Public Utilities has violated federal clean air laws.

    • Defunded, but not defeated.
    Congress just eliminated federal funding for KCUR, but public radio is for the people.
