Kansas City, MO – The crush of traffic into and out of KCI airport begins this morning, but the concentration of people will be deceptive.

Falling fuel prices have allowed Missouri retailers to sell non-ethanol gasoline.

A fatal pine disease is moving westward in Kansas at a rate of 10 miles per year.

Opponents of a proposed oil pipeline that would travel through Kansas and several other states are complaining that the government has not allowed enough time for public comment.

The Kansas Jayhawks couldn't hold on to an eleven-point halftime lead last night as they fell to Syracuse in overtime, 89-81. Kansas State defeated Oakland 84-63, and UMKC lost to Richmond 85-74. The K-State women's team posted a 69-58 win over Arkansas State, while the Missouri women lost to Indiana 63-54.
