Kansas City, MO – Hal Wert is Professor of History at the Kansas City Art Institute. A selection of some of Wert's private collection of Obama posters, including the iconic images of Los Angeles-based street artist Shepard Fairey, is now on display at the H&R Block Artspace. KCUR's Laura Spencer talked to Wert about the Obama phenomenon.
