For the second time, a Missouri judge has ruled against critics of embryonic stem cell research who want to block state funds from going to life science grants.

Republican leaders in the Missouri House have changed some of the procedural rules that had soured relations with Democrats.

Missouri and Kansas will share in a multi-million-dollar Eli Lily and Company settlement over promoting "off-label" uses for an anti-psychotic.
