Kansas City, MO – Missouri would receive some federal highway dollars if Congress approves President Obama's stimulus package.

The economic stimulus package could have other effects around the state, bringing in as much as one billion dollars to Missouri's Medicaid Program.

Law enforcement authorities in Kansas and Missouri are warning residents that mail theft is on the rise, particularly of mail containing checks and credit cards.

Overland Park city council members will take up a measure today that would allow trapping of coyotes.
