Kansas City, MO – Missouri Governor Jay Nixon has released a list of state construction and maintenance projects he wants to see completed over the next two years.

The Kansas Highway Patrol and KDOT are endorsing a bill to outlaw sending, reading or writing text messages while driving.

The parents of a murdered teen are asking Kansas lawmakers to require phone companies cooperate with police to locate missing persons.
