Kansas City, MO – The judge in the Scott Roeder case says he will not back off. He will allow Roeder to build a case for a finding of voluntary manslaughter by including testimony that Roeder believed he was saving unborn children when he killed Dr. Gerorge Tiller. At the same time, Judge Warren Wilbert said he will make every effort to try the case as a first degree murder case. Listen for more stories.
