Kansas City, MO – Kansas City Councilman Bill Skaggs says an aircraft overhaul base near the city's airport may have a new owner soon after American Airlines leaves.

Swine flu has been on the decline in recent weeks, but state and local health officials are stepping up their efforts to get people vaccinated.
