Kansas City, MO – The Missouri Association of the Deaf and the 13 deaf residents have filed suit again the Missouri Department of Mental Health.

Negotiators working on Missouri's budget for next year are making quick progress toward an agreement, but that's not necessarily good news.

The Missouri Senate has added a statewide ban on red-light traffic cameras to a broad transportation bill.
