Kansas City, MO – A bullying prevention program is coming to Kansas. The Kansas Department of Health and Environment is hosting the "Steps to Respect" program training this week in Topeka.

About 2,100 rainbow trout were released into Lake Shawnee in Topeka this weekend.

A rule preventing utility companies from disconnecting Kansas residents during extreme cold takes effect as the calendar turns to November.

As the Overtime clock ticked down at Arrowhead stadium, a 35 yard field goal lifted the Kansas City Chiefs to a 13-10 victory over the winless Buffalo Bills.
