Kansas City, MO – Light rail advocate Clay Chastain has plans to run for Kansas City mayor next year as a write-in candidate. People fled 16 units of a burning Overland Park apartment building last night. None was injured. A discarded cigarette is blamed for the two-alarm fire. And agricultural prosperity has added to food prices this year. Meat, poultry and dairy products are on the list compiled by the Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank.
