Kansas City, MO – Kansas Lawmakers will start the real business of legislating today (TUE), after their swearing in yesterday.

The Overland Park city council has approved a 30 million dollar tax incentive for a development, which includes the American Museum of Natural history.

Richard Clay willnot be executed tomorrow (Wednesday, 12:01AM) for the 1994 murder of a southeast Missouri man.

Republican Tom Schweich has been sworn in as Missouri's new State Auditor.

Congress just eliminated federal funding for KCUR, but public radio is for the people.
