KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Kansas City voters left no doubts. They want to keep the earnings tax in place for the next five years. Maybe more. The victory margin was better than 3 to 1.
Government
Defunded, but not defeated.
Congress just eliminated federal funding for KCUR, but public radio is for the people.
