TOPEKA, Ks. – Lawmakers this week will start evaluating a list of budget cuts to be made by the Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services, or SRS. Late last week, SRS provided legislators with a list of all the cuts the agency is making to meet funding reductions. As Stephen Koranda reports, some legislators aren't happy with SRS's budget-cutting measures.
