Books like "Because of Winn Dixie" and "The Tales of Despereaux" have won their place in children's hearts and on the big screen. But throughout author Kate DiCamillo's' almost 20-year career, she has never written a sequel until now. Her new novel, "Louisiana's Way Home" reunites readers with the title character, a spunky 10-year-old first introduced in "Raymie Nightingale." DiCamillo talks about Louisiana's journey, her writing process and how she continues to create characters that resonate with young people.
