With All Star weekend ahead, Kansas City has gone baseball crazy. And, why not? It’s not like we have a decent football team anymore... oh, but we do. Meet the KC Tribe.
For the second half of this Thursday's Central Standard, we get to know a few Tribe players and their love of the game. They're a women's tackle football team with the Women's Football Alliance in the midst of their season. They have a 7-1 ranking, and are on their way to the quarter finals in Dallas.
This year, for the first time ever, the WFA championship is going to be played at an actual NFL stadium. We discuss the growing popularity and recognition of the league.
