After 25 years heading her own public relations firm, Roshann Parris knows her way around the business world.

On Wednesday's Up to Date, we talk about her new role as chair of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, how it feels to be the 4th woman to hold this post and what changes she wants to make there.

Also, we celebrate her company's, Parris Communications Inc., 25th birthday.
