For many, the goal after living through trauma is to get back to normal. On this edition of Up To Date, guest host Brian Ellison speaks with two authors who tell stories of people who not only survive tragedy, but thrive in the aftermath.

David Feldman is a clinical psychologist and a professor at Santa Clara University. He and Lee Daniel Kravitz are the co-authors of Supersurvivors: The Surprising Link between Suffering and Success.
Lee Daniel Kravitz is a journalist and psychotherapist from the San Francisco Bay area.
