Kansas City, MO – This week, The Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City is putting on the 1998 Broadway musical, Ragtime and printmaker, performance artist, painter, and KU Professor Roger Shimomura gives a free lecture at the The Nelson Atkins Museum of Art. Also the satirical radio show Right Between the Ears performs live at Union Station.

Congress just eliminated federal funding for KCUR, but public radio is for the people.
