Kansas City, MO – Back to Nature: Collecting the Preserved Garden transforms Grand Arts into a greenhouse; and Kansas City's historic Monarchs, the negro league baseball team, come to life with the premiere of a new play put on by Theatre For Young America. Also, artist Peregrine Honig tries her hand at sculpture. Still focusing her work on girls and young women, this time she creates dolls instead of drawings: on display at The Byron C Cohen Gallery for Contemporary Art.
