Kansas City, MO – A Gun and Knife show is on display at the Fahrenehit Gallery in the West Bottoms; the Thunderbird Theatre performs Native American song and dance at The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art; and the New Red Onion Jazz Babies serve up up dixieland jazz at Cafe Salvador (St. Andrew's Christian Church) in preparation for Mardi Gras.

Congress just eliminated federal funding for KCUR, but public radio is for the people.
