Kansas City, Missouri – The U.S. Small Business Administrator Hector Barreto, and his British counterpart, Martin Wyn Griffith met Thursday with local business leaders and Kauffman Foundation President Carl Schramm. Wyn Griffith, the chief executive of the UK's Small Business Service, says the Kauffman Foundation may provide a blueprint for Britain's push to foster entrepreneurial spirit there. Wyn Griffith, who was visiting the Midwest for the first time, spoke with KCUR's Frank Morris.
