Kansas City, MO – Texas Governor Rick Perry asks Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius for help taking care of hurricane victims. Missouri legislators head to the capitol today to kick off a special legislative session to debate a controversial abortion bill. The Lawrence City Commission to look at changing the city's marijuana law.
