Kansas School Finance Package Stalls

Topeka, Kansas – Negotiations over a school finance package appear to be at an impasse in the Kansas Legislature. The conference committee on school finance did not yet Thursday afternoon, and currently there are no future meetings scheduled. Kansas Statehouse Reporter Peter Hancock has more.
