A story in this morning's newscast made reference to "charges" of sexual harassment against Johnson County District Attorney Paul Morrison, who is the Democratic candidate for Kansas Attorney General. A former employee sued Morrison twice in federal court and both cases were dismissed. The allegations should, in fact, be referred to not as criminal "charges" but as "claims."
