Kansas City, KS – Many Catholic Mexicans and Mexican Americans in the Kansas City area bundled up early yesterday to go to church. And some had stayed up the whole night before to celebrate the feast day of the Virgin Mary of Guadalupe. KCUR's Sylvia Maria Gross was at a church in downtown Kansas City Kansas at dawn, where parishioners sang in the day.
