Missouri State Senator Jolie Justus, Democratic Convention delegate says not that credit has been given to Hillary Clinton the convention focus will change to Barack Obama.

Effective tomorrow, all commercial driver's license applicants in Missouri will have to take their written test in English with no interpreter.

Another law that goes into effect prohibits state agencies from granting a driver's license to anyone who cannot prove he or she is in the U.S. legally.
