Correction: $19 Billion Not Guaranteed To Cerner

KCUR incorrectly reported that the Cerner Corporation would receive $19 billion in federal economic stimulus money as defined by U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill. Cerner protests that the money is actually part of a pool from which states can draw and is not guaranteed to Cerner.
