Kansas City, MO – Another piece of funding falls in place for bringing the Kansas City Chiefs' training camp back to Missouri.

The Gladstone city council approved a smoking ban last night. The ban applies to most public places, but leaves out billiard halls, bowling alleys, small restaurants and bars.

A senate committee heard testimony last night on a bill that would make it illegal in Missouri to coerce a woman into having an abortion.

Kansas Transportation officials are backing two bills in the Legislature that they say would make the state's streets and highways safer.

For more than a decade, the Charlotte Street Foundation Awards have recognized outstanding visual artists and performing artists. The organization just announced this year's visual arts award winners; each is slated to receive 10 thousand dollars.
