Kansas City, MO – Congressman Emmanuel Cleaver and Missouri Governor Jay Nixon were in town to announce a new jobs initiative.

As heavy rains in Nebraska continue to flow down the Missouri River, more communities continue evacuations in the northwest corner of Missouri.
