KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Kansas City School District says its buildings need some work.

Kansas House members are pushing to repeal a law that allows some illegal immigrants to pay in-state tuition at Kansas colleges and universities. The law was passed in 2004.

The Missouri House will begin debate soon on a plan to use $190 million of additional federal stimulus money for public schools.
