KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The wide-ranging tax credit bill has passed the Missouri Senate and will next be heard by the Missouri House, but the scaled-down measure is already in trouble.

The Missouri Senate has delayed debate on a bill that would move the state's presidential primary from February to March.

Missouri's transportation agency plans to pursue several changes to state laws next year that could be worth tens of millions of dollars.

A Kansas doctor is expected to testify today in her own defense at a disciplinary hearing over mental health exams she performed before allowing young patients to obtain late-term abortions.
