MAZ JOBRANI: Ten thousand dollars on the way out?

SAGAL: No, although it does have monetary value, it turns out.
JOBRANI: Oh.
SAGAL: It's great, you know, you have a night of passion with Derek Jeter and you end up with something you can sell on eBay.
DAVE MORRILL: A baseball card of his? No, a signed baseball.
SAGAL: Right. He gives each of his dates, apparently the next day, a gift basket of signed sports memorabilia.

SAGAL: So let's say you're an attractive young woman...
JOBRANI: That's hilarious.
SAGAL: And you meet the Yankee legend in a club or maybe in a restaurant or he happens to be seated next to the pole you're spinning on...

SAGAL: It could happen. And you feel this deep human connection and you accept his invitation to come back to his apartment and see his stats. And when the evening is over, he'll have a car and driver waiting to take you anywhere you want to go, and in the backseat, a basket of signed Derek Jeter sports memorabilia.

JESSI KLEIN: What if some woman was like, "could you make this out to my dad?"
SAGAL: Oh god.

KLEIN: Yeah. And then the dad has to be, like, how'd you get this?
JOBRANI: Or better yet, "can you make it out to my husband?"
SAGAL: Or lord.

SAGAL: Every guy in New York who's gotten, like, a signed Derek Jeter baseball from his girlfriend is going...
