Kansas City Development Update | Chiefs Playoff Preview

The planned expansion of the Kansas City, Missouri streetcar line is already affecting development plans along the Main St. corridor.

Which building plans the coronavirus put on hold and which finished and opened despite it, and analysis of the Kansas City Chiefs' chances of repeating as NFL champions.

What's driving development in Kansas City, Missouri could be a side-effect of the work from home culture that has sprung up since last February or it could be related to the upcoming expansion of the streetcar line. We review the latest building projects in the city.

Segment 2, beginning at 32:00: The Kansas City Chiefs begin their quest for consecutive championships this weekend.

As the top seeded team in the American Football Conference, the Chiefs earned a bye week. Now they will face a Cleveland Browns team energized by its wild card win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. A look at the Chiefs' chances to repeat their success of last season.
